I just finished this book by Debra Fine. I have listened to her audio presentations before and have been helped greatly in talking to strangers. This book is phenomenal. I just can't say enough about it. I would encourage you to get your hands on it. Here's her website: debrafine.com

David - you're right in that it is a great book and CD. How awesome is it that she wrote you after you posted. The same thing happened when you wrote about Bob Burg's book. Pretty neat! Keep up the good reading.
